Archana brings over 15 years of experience in education, having transitioned from a software engineering background to teaching, driven by her passion for learning and working with people. An electrical engineer from M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology, she spent a decade as an Assistant Professor before moving into school education as a Teach For India Fellow. She has also served as Head of the Math Department at an NGO and is currently a Cambridge educator at an IGCSE school.

She is passionate about pedagogy, teacher coaching, and innovative approaches like game-based and project-based learning, with a focus on making education meaningful. Beyond work, she enjoys music, reading, travelling, and puzzle-solving.
