In this hands-on session, Archana Diwakar shows you how to make any concept visible, tangible, and genuinely exciting — using everyday materials and smarter questions. By the end, you'll have a ready-to-use toolkit: the CPA framework, techniques to spark reasoning over recall, and six formative assessment strategies you can try on the first day of your class. Rooted in NEP 2020. Practical for every classroom, not just math.

About The Trainer

Archana brings over 15 years of experience in education, having transitioned from a software engineering background to teaching, driven by her passion for learning and working with people. An electrical engineer from M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology, she spent a decade as an Assistant Professor before moving into school education as a Teach For India Fellow. She has also served as Head of the Math Department at an NGO and is currently a Cambridge educator at an IGCSE school.

She is passionate about pedagogy, teacher coaching, and innovative approaches like game-based and project-based learning, with a focus on making education meaningful. Beyond work, she enjoys music, reading, travelling, and puzzle-solving.
